Nationwide Delivery Tiers

For clients outside our immediate local radius, we coordinate with trusted freight partners to offer the following service levels. For all freight shipments, we will contact you once the product reaches our facility to schedule a delivery window.

  • Curbside Drop-off: Your items will be carefully lowered to the curb at the end of your driveway via a lift-gate vehicle. Please arrange for your own team to bring the pieces inside, unbox, and assemble them. (Estimated timeline: 5-10 business days post-dispatch).
  • White-Glove Installation: Our highest tier of freight service. A dedicated team will transport the furniture to your exact room of choice (accommodating up to two flights of stairs), handle basic assembly, and dispose of all transit materials. (Estimated timeline: 1-2 weeks post-dispatch).
  • Remote Locations: Destinations classified as remote or island locations may require specialized routing and additional transit fees. Please contact us directly to verify pricing for these areas.

Inspection and Receiving Protocols (Action Required)

While we ensure your pieces are packaged with the utmost security, transit incidents occasionally happen. To protect your investment, strictly follow these steps upon arrival:

  1. Inspect Before You Sign: Carefully examine the exterior of all boxes and crates while the delivery driver is present. If you notice any tears, crushing, or visual damage to the packaging, you must write "Product Damaged" on the driver"s paperwork (Bill of Lading) before providing your signature.
  2. Understand the Liability: Signing for a delivery without noting visible exterior damage legally releases the freight carrier from liability. This prevents IDI from filing a damage claim on your behalf and transfers responsibility for the item to you.
  3. Document Everything: Take clear photographs of the un-opened, damaged packaging. Do not throw away any boxes or packing materials until the product is fully inspected.
  4. Report Promptly: Forward the images and a brief description of the issue to info@italian-interiors.com immediately so we can begin resolving the situation.

Warranty:

Coverage Periods

  • ⁠ ⁠5 Years: Frames, non-moving bearing parts, upholstery, sub-springing, sprung interiors, and most cover fabrics or Longlife leather.
  • ⁠ ⁠2 Years: Functional hardware (fittings, tension, and gas compression springs) and electrical components (motors, transformers, switching power supply units, and controllers).
  • ⁠ ⁠1 Year (12 Months): Accessories and wearing parts, such as storage batteries.

Key Conditions

  • ⁠ ⁠Original Buyer Only: The guarantee is strictly for the first buyer and is non-transferable.
  • ⁠ ⁠Private Use: The furniture must be used in general living areas; commercial use voids the guarantee.
  • ⁠ ⁠Required Documentation: Claims must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice and the Himolla order confirmation number.
  • ⁠ ⁠Leather Care Proof: For Longlife leather claims, the buyer must provide evidence that the leather was treated with suitable care products at least twice a year.
  • Major Exclusions
  • ⁠ ⁠Normal wear & tear, natural aging, and everyday soiling.
  • ⁠ ⁠Damage caused by pets, improper handling, heat, moisture, or external force.
