Standard Shipping:
Provides delivery to your door (apartment and multi-unit buildings are inside the main entrance) generally in 14 to 21 business days. Large items are shipped via a carrier truck service that provides the best service in your area. This option is the most cost effective, but please note that it does not include moving the piece into your residence or office and does not include any assembly. The customer is responsible for unpacking and completing any assembly that is necessary. Our delivery company will contact you within 10 to 12 business days to schedule an appointment to make your delivery. Delivery appointments are available Monday through Friday with hours depending on your area. All Natuzzi products are protected by a legal warranty of conformity in accordance with the applicable laws of the USA. This warranty begins on the date of delivery.
Natuzzi offers a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery covering the following components of sofas, armchairs, and beds:
- Cushions and mattresses
- Reclining mechanisms
- Stitching
- Manual and/or electronic devices
- Suspension systems (elastic bands)
- Visible wood trim and fabric upholstery
- Tears or lacerations in leather that are not the result of normal use
This warranty ensures that your Natuzzi furniture is protected against defects in materials and workmanship, giving you lasting comfort and peace of mind.
In addition, Natuzzi S.p.A., the manufacturer of Natuzzi-branded products, provides:
- A 10-year warranty on the internal wooden structure of sofas and armchairs for both Special Orders and Ready-to-Deliver items. This warranty is effective from the delivery date and covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
- For Natuzzi Italia products exclusively, this warranty on the internal wooden structure of sofas and armchairs is extended to a lifetime warranty.
